This policy explains all your rights and obligations
when using any of the Payments methods that are provided on Tafseel platform.
Payment
• Tafseel allows
buyers and sellers to use Tap payment gate.
• The payment
methods that are provided are; Master card, and Benefit.
• The currency
for payment is Bahraini dinar (BD).
Fees for Sellers
• Sellers are
required to pay Tafseel Transaction fees.
• When a sale is
made through Tafseel platform, the seller will be charged a total fee of 10% of
the price displayed for the list.
• The transaction
fees are deducted from your Available Funds and reflected in your payment
account at the time of your scheduled deposit.
Delivery fees
• When an order
is placed, the delivery fees of the order is displayed for the customer and
added directly to the total price.

The delivery fees are 1 BD for local order in Bahrain.

The delivery fees for KSA and UAE starts from 3.5 BD and increases
according to the number of items in the
order.

The delivery fees for other countries Range between 4 and 10 BD , and increases
according to the number of items in the
order.
